RMA & Logistic assistant

Within the Industrial and production team, you will support and facilitate two main activities:

1/ Return Material Approval process:

2/ Supply and Delivery process from inbound to reverse supply chain

Main activities :

In support to the team, the RMA & Logistics assistant will be in charge of :

  • Ticketing under JIRA to follow RMA in interaction with Customers & Manufacturers
  • Manufacturer production/repair orders and testing files
  • Compilation of manufacturer failure analysis report to customer
  • Deeper technical support on analysis if experienced
  • Sales Quote and Order creation under ERP (SAP by Design)

Your 2nd mission will consist in:

  • Supporting logistics activity (Inbound & Outbound logistics, customs & Shipment booking)
  • Supporting the ordering process (Customer/Internal/Subsidiaries) from order/quotation creation in SAP to communication
  • Managing the reverse supply chain (Customer return, RMA, WEEE)
  • Working on ERP maintenance and reporting
  • Financial audit support 

 

Key skills and attribute :

  • Formation BTS
  • Flexible, versatility, well organised, methodical, curiosity
  • English intermediate level (in all tools settings, in the ticket: written conversation with international region)
  • Experience in ERP flow (Sales Order/Quote creation…)
  • Knowledge in logistics
  • Knowledge in JIRA ticketing and in JIRA
  • Quality tools knowledge would be welcomed: risk and root cause analysis
