Quality Assistant

Ensure that the product or service provided by SIGFOX is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements. This includes legal compliance and customer expectations. The Quality and processes Assistant will help on coordinating the activities required to meet quality standards.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help the team on quality procedures, standards and specs in conjunction with operating staff
  • Participate on reviewing customer requirements and ensuring that they are met
  • Contribute on standards for quality as well as for health and safety
  • Work with internal Business Partners to establish Business Processes and quality processes
  • Follow up with the team on good execution of processes
  • Follow up external audit, help on setting up the KPI

 

KEY SKILLS 

 

  • 2/3 years of experience in Industrial Quality
  • Engineering Degree or equivalent
  • Apprenticeship is welcome, Master degree specialized in Quality
  • Familiar with a variety of measures and management systems, including the ISO 9000, total quality management (TQM), as well as the continuous improvement process
  • Leadership, rigor, listening capability, teaching skills, adaptability
  • English: Fluent
