Partner Success Apprentice
As Partner Success Apprentice you will be a major contributor to the development of the Sigfox ecosystem. Your role will range from supporting partners, creation of content, managing and developing the community of Sigfox Partners.

- To build up detailed knowledge on the partners and the solutions that they are developing.
- Development of the partners community, with hardware, chipset and module providers
- Assist and support the internal sales & marketing with different projects and activities
The Partner success apprentice will be responsible in the ecosystem team to
- Managed the Sigfox Partner Network (SPN) by developing and executing the strategy of the platform.
- To create effective communication support for the promotion of the ecosystem activities to the internal audience (sales & marketing) and to the partners
- Maintain the SPN website and liaise with ongoing development teams.
- Define and support processes for customer updates, including mandatory requirements to maintain listing
- Periodically benchmark SPN with competitor’s ecosystem platforms
- Publish monthly and quarterly SPN performance data including value creation metrics
- Respond to customer support requests related to Partner success
- Ensure Sigfox visibility within partners' collaterals, marketing tools, and events
- Provide and communicate the progress of the SPN, especially in terms of activated devices, new customer acquisition, and new product launch.

- Experience managing partners and self-managed web presence
- Strong partner engagement and business development focus
- Good written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills
- Capacity to navigate and align in a matrix organization
- Understand market trends and business analytics
