Marketing Director GTM

 

The Marketing Director GTM is responsible for leading marketing strategies in alignment with Sales & Communications to increase growth, connectivity and data revenues for Sigfox and our strategic partners. Lead integrated sales & marketing campaigns that create demand, build reputation, relationships and drive revenue growth against KPIs.

 

WIN/WIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development of data-driven Marketing strategies for Sigfox GTM
  • Manage the integrated marketing and sales campaigns for target markets, key accounts
  • Drive market and competitive assessment to inform our GTM strategies and Marketing plans
  • Work closely with Communications and Sales to generation and manage leads
  • Develop customer insights and sales enablers for all buyer personas across multiple channels
  • Leverage digital tools and marketing automation to enhance our effectiveness and efficiency
  • Work closely with sales to develop and deliver Sales enablement
  • Represent Sigfox in the media, with clients and with analysts
  • Manage the catalogue of key wins, client references and opportunities to replicate success
  • Ensure synergy, alignment and relevance with strategic partners (Alliances & Channel partners)
  • Build and manage a network of marketing partners & subcontractors to enhance our capability
  • Lead, advise and coordinate campaign content with Communications across multiple channels
  • Engage sales, clients, analysts and other sources to define and validate our value proposition
  • Contribute and develop Sigfox analyst strategy in collaboration with Communications
  • Align with Product Management & Delivery to ensure roadmap development and market clarity
  • Lead by example to attract, retain, develop and motivate your team
  • Establish KPIs for campaigns, measure, adjust and optimize based on a data-driven approach
  • Manage client references, use cases, case studies and proof points
  • Maintain accurate records of roadmap, forecasts, pipelines, performance reporting

  • Proven track record of successfully growing business and managing Marketing functions
  • Strong client centric outlook and ability to engage clients at all levels
  • Big picture and creative thinker, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Experience in Market analysis with sound commercial judgement across industries
  • Good experience in lead and demand generations, digital tools and channels
  • Strong presentation skills as creator, coach and presenter  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at an individual and team level
  • Supportive team player, able to lead from the front or via coaching / mentoring 
  • Professional discipline, with humility and coachability Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy, with problem-solving skills and a habit of going the extra mile
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM applications and general Enterprise application
