Marketing Automation Expert

The Marketing automation expert is in charge of developing and implementing SIGFOX’s demand generation strategy.

This is a business oriented collaborative role as the candidate will work with the rest of the communications team, the marketing, sales and sales operations teams within the organisation to managing the attraction, engagement, and conversion of prospects.

These activities include email campaign creation and execution, lead ROI tracking and other demand generation programs 

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The Marketing Automation Expert will be part of the Communication team and will report to the Brand & Digital Manager. This is a business oriented collaborative role as the candidate will work with the rest of the communications team, the marketing, sales and sales operations teams within the organisation to managing the attraction, engagement, and conversion of prospects. These activities include email campaign creation and execution, lead ROI tracking and other demand generation programs 

 

 
  • Manage and be highly proficient and a “power-user” of Pardot and associated tools, including integration with Salesforce CRM system 

  • Put in place various campaigns targeting Sigfox partners and channels, and end user customers (Account Based Marketing) 

  • Grow and segment the Sigfox Database in collaboration with sales teams and sales operations 

  • Interact efficiently with the Sigfox sales channel ecosystem 

  • Plan, organize and send trigger based campaigns 

  • Develop lead nurturing programs and marketing campaigns 

  • Create, modify lead scoring rules to grade between hot /war/cold leads 

  • Drive the pipeline by moving existing prospects through the demand generation funnel to help accelerate market growth 

  • Ensure the timely deployment of initiatives and project success by managing calendars, processes, and program documentation to support marketing execution 

  • Create requested CRM reports, develop dashboards and track analytics to support timely business decisions and planning 

  • Put in place reporting tools to show tangible results and ROI 

  • Optimize efforts based on data-driven decision-making. Research new trends and benchmark Sigfox versus its competitors and industry standards 

  • Keep up to date with emerging tools and technologies 

  • Budget and project management 

 

Candidate will be required to provide portfolio of work. 

 

 

KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

 

  • At least 5 years’ experience  

  • Strong organization and time-management skills.  

  • Detail oriented 

  • Pro-active. Doer attitude.  

  • Team player. Collaboration oriented person with good interpersonal skills. Must like to work with and interact with a variety of individuals 

  • Masters the use of databases 

  • Proficiency on the way marketing automation tools work and can be optimized 

  • Be up to date on new tools and technologies in the Marketing automation domain 

  • Knowledge of how Saleforce.com interacts with marketing automation tool 

  • Masters Pardot and other marketing automation tools 

  • Masters the use and implementation of lead scoring tools 

  • Knowledge in LinkedIn Sales Navigator  

  • Knowledge in Account Bases Marketing 

  • Must understand B2B business and sales cycles 

  • Fluent in English 

  • Travel between Paris and Toulouse might be required
