The Human Resources Director guides and manages the overall Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company.

In line with the Sigfox strategy, the Human Resources Director originates and leads Human Resources strategy, practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the talent acquisition and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

The Human Resources Director is accountable for ensuring that all HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives.

The HRD will report to the Chief of coordination and Delivery.



Responsible for providing guidance and being accountable for the Group for the HR management Team, Administration and Payroll, HR development, Talent acquisition, Digital E-learning and Internal communication.


The major areas directed are:

  • Talent management
  • Talent acquisition
  • employment and compliance to regulatory concerns;
  • employee orientation, development, and training;
  • policy development and documentation;
  • employee relations;
  • internal communication and Corporate events
  • administration and payroll
  • compensation and benefits administration;
  • employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;
  • employee services and counseling.
  • HR strategies development and sound advices to senior management on all related HR subjects

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in different areas of HR (including 5 at management level)
  • Strong leadership skills

  • Experience in a startup environment is preferred as you will be responsible for a multitude of activities
