Account Manager – Boston,

We are looking for a highly motivated account executive with a proven record of consultative and solution selling experience to contribute to our growing business.  The Account Manager will be responsible for developing long term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers/partners/channels.  You will be connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.  You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely enablement of end-to-end Sigfox powered IOT solutions for customers. You will execute programs for key accounts to ensure successful delivery.  



  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful enablement and delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives for your accounts.
  • You are responsible for forecasting, management, and timely closure of opportunities.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within accounts and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment by up-selling and cross-selling.



  • Proven account management or other relevant experience, preferably in technology and / or telecommunications environments.
  • Proven program/project management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience in enabling client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • Technical acumen and understanding of IOT Ecosystem and technology is highly desirable.
